I absolutely love this school and the community it fosters!!! My husband talked me into trying a class over a year ago and I never looked back.

No matter your fitness level or background in martial arts, this school will welcome you with open arms and show you how to effectively kick groins (among so, so many other techniques).

In addition to the awesome community, there's incredible instructors. The main instructor, Jesse, is supportive and very knowledgeable. His lessons challenge you and you'll leave class sweaty with a head full of new skills.
