Classes
Kids (Ages 5–7): Coordination, awareness, basic self-defense, confidence, and respectful behavior through fun, interactive learning.
Tuesday and Thursday: 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Youth (Ages 8–14): Practical self-defense, scenario-based training, fitness, leadership, and personal responsibility.
Tuesday and Thursday: 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
